All orders are processed + shipped immediately after purchasing. You will receive an email with your shipment confirmation + tracking number, which may take time to update.

International packages may be held in customs. Please order outside of the EU with caution as international customs laws change frequently. We will not reimburse any lost packages or customs fees.

Process after your order is placed
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
What to do if parcel has not reached me within the normal time frame?
We are welcome any email about your confuse including but not limited to order status, shipping problem even information change, we will try our best to response or solve your question as soon as possible. Otherwise, if your order has not arrived within 60 business days, please contact us via e-mail. We will take immediate remedial actions.
Please allow that there are 1-3 business days delay of shipping time to several countries due to the different merchandise warehouse locations in the world.

If you want to return something, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request and despatch a return. You can via e-mail. You’ll need your order number and the same email address you used to place the order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is on you.
