Due to the nature of our products & our constant effort to hygiene control and sanitary purposes – StarDust regrets to inform that we cannot offer returns.
No returns or refunds can be offered on personalised items due to the amount of effort, craftsmanship and labor put into custom work.
If an item has been damaged during postage or items of your order have been mixed up please send us a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the proof of purchase.
We may offer you an in-store, replace or refund for damaged products.
You may cancel your order up till your order has been picked and processed for delivery. After this, your order is not able to be cancelled.
