A: Yes, each and every single one of our products is Handmade in Australia.
Q: What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
A: We currently accept Paypal plus Shop Now Pay Later with Afterpay, humm and Laybuy. You can pay with your Debit/Credit Card via Paypal if you do not have a Paypal account. Payments with Paypal, Afterpay, humm and Laybuy are safe and secured.
Q: What Are Your Hours Of Business Operation?
A: We are open between the hours of 9:00am to 18:00pm. Please do not hesitate to leave a message and we will contact as soon as possible. You can text and email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year as we are always happy to assist you!
Q: Are any of your products tested on animals?
A: No! Our products are vegan and cruelty free as we are against such practices and have always been doing our best to use only cruelty free products only! We test our products on ourselves.
Q: How fresh are your products during an order placement?
A: We make fresh products when the order is placed using natural and organic ingredients, all of our products are handmade by us. Wholesale orders may take up 3-6 weeks depending on the QTY and complexity of the look.
Q: Do you offer wholesale, bulk or private label?
A: Yes, we offer wholesale and private label – If you have an interest in placing a wholesale/bulk with or without private labelling, please contact us directly via email. Free customised label design services for parties/favours – printing will be additional cost.
Q: Can you customise and personalise my order?
A: We welcome custom requests, designing with labels, covers or boxes – because we just love making events memorable! Please contact us directly via email providing us a brief of your event so we could offer you the best!
Q: I changed my mind, can I return my order?
A: Due to the nature of our products and our consistent effort to hygiene control, we do not accept returns for sanitary purposes.
Q:Do you offer returns or refunds? A:Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on bath and body items. After your order has been shipped, all sales are final. We can ONLY offer refunds on products that arrive damaged, with a provided photo. We cannot enter coupon codes after your order has already been processed. We do not offer refunds for packages that are lost or stolen.
Q: Will your products stain my bath?
Bath products are made with water soluble dyes and we use Polysorbate 80 which helps to disperse the colour and prevent staining of the skin and bath. Typically a wash with plain water will remove all residue. Please ensure your bath is clean prior to use and washed down after use. On occasion there may be slight discolour/residue left depending on the type of your tub, however this may be clean with a wipe over with a cloth and/or a cleaning product. Please do not use on broken surfaces.
Q: Are your products safe for eczema, skin conditions and sensitive skin?
A:The ingredients used in the bath products are gentle and safe for most skin types and children. We have a number of regular customers with sensitive skin that love our products. Though as everyone’s skin is different and reacts differently to each ingredient, we are unable to advise if it may affect your personal skin condition. If you have a sensitive skin or a skin condition please test the product on a small patch of skin prior to use and discontinue use if any irritation occurs. Please review the ingredients (available at purchase) and check you have no allergies or irritations to any of the ingredients listed prior to use.
Q: How do I store my items? A:Always store in a dry, cool place out of direct sunlight, out of children. Heat, moisture and sunlight will unfortunately ruin bath products easily.
Q:How long will my order take to ship? A:We typically ship out packages within 7-14 business days. Due to COVID-19 some of our suppliers are delaying shipments to us so please stay patient as we are working our hardest to get your order out.
*All of our products contain herbs and essential oils. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffering from a health condition. Is the glitter you use made from plastic? No! We use biodegradable glitter on our traditional bath bombs. For our bagged products we use ethically and sustainably sourced synthetic mica for the glitter.
